Mart has been part of the consulting field through several international projects- for example, while working as a tax consultant for individual taxpayers in the US; and during his time in RAND Europe, where he contributed to analyzing labor-market and innovation-related issues for the European Commission, and the British Government. Additionally, his long-term involvement with the international debate community has continuously developed Mart’s skills in critical analysis.

In Advisio, Mart mainly concentrates on consulting research and development projects.

Mart obtained his undergraduate degree in economics and political science from Towson University (located in the US). He has also studied at the Cambridge University´s Institute of Economic and Political Studies. At the moment, Mart pursues his Master´s in Economics from the University of Tartu.

During his spare time, Mart likes reading, sports activities, fishing, and hiking in the nature.
