Lilit has been involved in managing different development projects from 2003 and has experience in strategic planning of organisations, management of different (international) projects and writing project applications.

In Advisio Lilit mainly focuses on the consultation and management of different research and development projects.

Lilit has obtained a master's degree at the University of Tartu, Faculty of Economics in the field of management of entrepreneurship and technology and has studied one additional year at the Poznan University of Economics in Poland.

Lilit's free time is mainly filled with mountain climbing, designing and sewing clothes, and running. She is also happy to spend time going to the theatre or cinema with friends.

Works

Advisio helped Estonian National Piano museum to develop the concept of a museum, witch is unique in Europe. For now, the museum development plan is ready, the building blueprint has been worked out and financial application has been delivered to the Foundation of Enterprise Estonia for a program to strengthen the competitiveness of regions.
