Estonian-Latvian programme's last call received 47 applications

On December of 14th the Estonian-Latvian Programme closed the call for project proposals.

The most popular direction of support was 2.1. Facilitating business start-up and development, were was submitted 13 applications (total applied subsidy EUR 4,3 million). The direction of support 1.2. Enhancing joint management of public services and resources gained in total 12 project applications (total applied grants EUR 6,8 million) and third on popularity was the 3.2. Promoting grass-root level actions with 11 applications, applying total grant EUR 1,08 million.

Consultants of Advisio focused in directions of support 1.1. Reducing isolation through improved internal and external connectivity of the Programme area (projects were advised by Siim Loik) and 2.1. Facilitating business start-up and development (projects were advised by Andres Peets).

Estonian-Latvian Programme Joint Technical Secretariat has promised that there will be at least on more call for project proposals, what will be (most likely) announced in summer 2011.
