Projects Division

Starting projects and putting them into practice is a work that consists of a myriad of details. In order to avoid any of them becoming fatal, Advisio has created its own Projects Division.

We offer the following services:

  • Project management. We provide both administrative and participatory project management services. Administrative project management consists of checking the eligibility of costs, development of interim and final reports and assistance with necessary documents. In case of participatory project management, we participate directly in the project and help to carry out related activities.
  • Preparation of project applications. Based on the client’s needs, we help to find suitable financing possibilities. Together with the client, we define project goals and activities and prepare the application along with all required additional documentation. We also provide consultations during the processing of the application.
  • Organisation of procurements. We organise both international and national procurements for purchasing construction works, services, etc.

We can help you determine which activities are the right ones to apply for funding and where to seek funding. Our projects have been successful – on average, eight out of ten projects get a positive response.
In cooperation with other Advisio divisions, we offer a package service – from writing down the initial idea and its analysis to preparing final reports and handing the scissors for cutting the ribbon at the opening ceremony.
