Works

The project “Reconstruction of Karksi-Nuia - Seda road“ will help to diminish the physical barrier between Latvia and Estonia by reconstructing the cross-border road from Karksi-Nuia to Rūjiena. The reconstruction works will involve the state road Karksi-Nuia–Lilli - Latvian border, and Latvian state road Valmiera–Rūjiena-Estonian border. The project was given a grant of 5,1 MEUR from the Estonian-Latvian programme. Advisio helped with preparing the project’s application and managing the project.
